1. Spa Treat London provides professional massage and wellness services at home, office, hotel, or any safe private location within London.
2. All services are delivered strictly by qualified and insured therapists.
3. Our services are available only to clients aged 18 and above.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments can be made through our website, WhatsApp, text, or phone call.
• Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with all details.
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking request at our discretion.
• Same-day bookings are subject to therapist availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are clearly listed on our website.
• There are no hidden charges; however, additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our main service radius.
• Payments can be made via cash, card, bank transfer, or any method we support at the time of service.
• Payment is required after the session, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To respect our therapists’ time:

Client Cancellations

• More than 3 hours before appointment: No cancellation fee.
• Less than 3 hours before: 50% of the booking fee may be charged.
• Last-minute cancellation upon arrival: Full session fee may be charged.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule up to 3 hours before your appointment without charge.

Therapist Cancellations

• If a therapist is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately and offered:
  • A rescheduled appointment, or
  • A full refund (if advance payment was made).

5. Professional Conduct

• All therapists follow strict professional, ethical, and hygiene standards.
• We provide strictly non-sexual massage services. Any inappropriate requests, behavior, or harassment will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment due.
• Clients must ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for the therapist.

6. Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for informing therapists of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns prior to the session.
• Spa Treat London is not liable for any injury or health issue arising from undisclosed conditions.
• If a therapist feels a treatment is unsafe due to health reasons, they may refuse or modify the service.

7. Arrival & Session Requirements

• Therapists generally arrive 5–10 minutes before the session to set up equipment.
• Please ensure there is enough space for a massage table and proper lighting.
• Clients must be present at the address provided at the time of booking.

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only in cases where a service is not delivered or a confirmed booking is cancelled by us.
• No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction based on personal preference once the service has been delivered.

9. Gift Vouchers & Packages

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for the time period stated at purchase.
• Packages or discounted bundles must be used within the validity period and cannot be transferred.

10. Liability

• Spa Treat London and its therapists hold appropriate insurance; however, we are not liable for:
  • Damages caused by misuse of equipment
  • Injury arising from false or withheld client information
  • Loss or damage of personal property during the session

11. Privacy Policy

• All personal information is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws (GDPR).
• We do not share or sell your information with third parties except where required by law.
• Your details are used only for booking, communication, and service purposes.

12. Use of Website
